For immediate availabilities, please call us directly to make a reservation - DO NOT EMAIL, as this process can take several days to complete For reservations made via email, please allow 1-3 days for response We suggest contacting us at least 4-6 weeks prior to your stay to ensure availability Please let us know the following: how many people are in your party smoking or non-smoking room if you want 1 or 2 beds bed preference-queen or full-sized if you have a pet if you have any special needs You will need to pre-pay a deposit equal to one night's stay in order to hold the reservation Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your stay to receive a full refund
