We offer year-round accommodations to our guests and do our best to offer the best value no matter the time of year ... in fact, we do not raise our rates for the summer season like most establishments. Our rates are fair, and our many new & return guests thank us for it.

Each room is different; we do not subscribe to the "cookie-cutter" philosophy with regard to furnishings & decor ... To the left you will see some examples of our rooms, and yes they are the actual rooms. Feel free to request a particular room if you like what you see!

ROOM RATES - ALL TAXES INCLUDED IN PRICE

Our rates are listed with ALL TAXES INCLUDED. These rates are subject to change. Please call us at 508-993-4440 if you would like to make a reservation or if you have any additional questions.

Economy Room: $50 - $55 nightly & $300-$325 weekly

    Economy rooms are available on a limited basis; they are just a bit smaller than our regular rooms (we like to call them "cozy") yet have all the same amenities as our larger rooms. Make sure you call in advance if you want to reserve one of these!

Standard Double: $55 - $60 nightly & $325 - $350 weekly

    These rooms are our standard type of room & are very comfortable! These also are in high demand so calling ahead is recommended!

Premium Double: $60 - $65 nightly & $350 - $375 weekly

This would be our double room with a memory foam mattress; if you want to sleep in great comfort and prefer firm back support... this is the room for you! (Ask for Room #6) Or, we have an extra large double room (Room #13) and a few others that fall into this category.

Double/Queen with Futon Couch: $60 - $70 nightly & $350 - $400 weekly

This would be a double or queen-sized bed along with a futon couch in the room. This works out great if you like extra seating room or if you need an extra bed for a guest. Some of these rooms are pictured to the left and they are very popular!

Standard Queen: $60-$70 nightly & $350 - $400 weekly

Our queen rooms are in high demand; if you prefer a queen bed, please make sure you let us know when making your reservation.

Premium Queen: $65 - $75 nightly & $375 - $400 weekly

These are our finest rooms featuring beautiful hardwood beds and antique furniture on an oriental carpet ...for that special night you want to celebrate ... we can even provide flowers, champagne & chocolates! (additional charges apply) Be sure to reserve in advance to ensure availability. All of our premium rooms are 100% non-smoking & 100% pet-free.

2 Double Beds: $70-$75 nightly & $375 - $400 weekly

These rooms are furnished with 2 double beds, a full-sized refrigerator and plenty of space. These rooms are perfect for families with kids or couples travelling together ... more economical than renting 2 separate rooms!

FYI...

We are a down-to-earth motel and do what we can to keep our rates low while maintaining a pleasing & enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. While we do not include breakfast or a swimming pool, we do offer clean, excellent lodging at an affordable price!

  1. We do not extend credit for room rentals.
  2. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Debit Cards, Check Cards, Money Orders & Travelers' Cheques.
  3. We do not accept personal checks unless it is to secure a reservation well in advance.
  4. We do not cash checks, nor will we give you a cash advance on your credit card.
  5. We have no tolerance for any illegal activity whatsoever; the Police will be called and the delinquent guest(s) will be asked to leave or removed from the premises with no refund.
  6. Our grounds are under 24 hour recorded video surveillance.
  7. Litter-bugs are not welcome and will not be tolerated.
  8. You need to be 21 years of age to rent a room; the exceptions are military personnel & college students (must show ID).
  9. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM; any repeated excessive noise may result in eviction with no refund.
  10. WIFI - We cannot guarantee wireless access for every guest; too many variables come into play ... for example, the age & condition of the guest's computer, the distance of the guest's computer from the router, obstacles in the way (motor vehicles etc.), the weather, the Comcast cable server (sometimes it has problems), a power outage etc.
  11. We do not have any rooms with king sized beds or jacuzzis.
  12. We do not have bathtubs; all our rooms have private restrooms with showers only. It has been shown that people are less likely to fall in showers which makes them safer!
  13. We do not have an ice machine, however, we do provide ice to the guests when they need it (just come to the office).
  14. We do not have any telephones in the rooms; who doesn't have a cell phone these days? For emergencies, we have a public pay telephone available on the premises 24 hours a day.
  15. We have a Manager on-site 24 hours a day to deal with any problems that may arise; please let us know right away so that we can address & correct the issue.
  16. If you have any problems with any other guest(s), DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM YOURSELF (that is our job). If it is an emergency, call 911 (after that, please let us know if possible). If not, please let the Management know & we will deal with it right away!
  17. Coffee & tea are served in the office daily starting at 7:00 AM.
  18. We have zero tolerance for anyone smoking in a non-smoking room; this will result in a $50 - $100 fine.
  19. We have a limited number of rooms that allow pets, so make sure you call us well in advance to ensure availability.
  20. There is a fee for reservations canceled within 30 days; please review our Cancellation Policy.

 

A WORD ON CLEANLINESS

We get this all the time from our guests ... "Even the smoking rooms do not smell like smoke!" That is how well our housekeeper cleans ...

We thoroughly clean every room after each guest leaves. We do not use cheap cleaning agents because they simply do not work. We use bleach in the bathrooms to kill germs, and wash the walls & furniture with Murphy's Oil Soap, following it up with polishing the wood furniture with Pledge and cleaning all the glass & chrome with Windex only. We check & turn the mattresses regularly and cover the mattresses & pillows with vinyl covers so they do not become contaminated & can be properly sanitized. Being in the hospitality industry, we know how important cleanliness is to aid in the prevention of the spread of disease & bacterial cantamination. We replace the bed spreads after each guest's use & have the carpets steam-cleaned on a regular basis. We do everything we can to promote a healthy, hygienic environment.
